Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Products that have been tampered with, misused, or damaged due to improper storage
  • Items returned without prior authorization from our customer support team

How to Initiate a Return

Starting a return is simple. Follow these steps:

Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1–2 business days.
Step 3
Ship the Item (if required)
For physical returns, pack the item securely with your RMA number visible on the package and ship it to our address.
Step 4
Refund Processed
Once your return is received and inspected (or your satisfaction claim is approved), we will notify you and process your refund.

Refund Process & Timeline

Once your return or refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, Shopify Payments, etc.)
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval
  • Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe, please follow these steps:

  • If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at our contact page

Shipping Costs for Returns
  • Satisfaction-based returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (if a physical return is required)
  • Defective or wrong items: We cover all return shipping costs — a prepaid label will be provided
  • Damaged in transit: No return required; we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund
