We believe in the quality of our supplements. That's why every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your delivery date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions apply:
- Within 30 days of delivery
- Unopened & sealed
- Original packaging
- Satisfaction guarantee claims
- Damaged on arrival
- Wrong item received
- Opened but unused
- Partially used product
- Missing outer packaging
- Late delivery issues
- After 30-day window
- Misuse of product
- Unauthorised resale
- Final sale items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
- Products purchased more than 30 days before the return request
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during special clearance promotions
- Gift cards or store credit
- Products that have been tampered with, misused, or damaged due to improper storage
- Items returned without prior authorization from our customer support team
Starting a return is simple. Follow these steps:
Once your return or refund request is approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, Shopify Payments, etc.)
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval
- Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued
We are happy to exchange items in the following situations:
- You received the wrong product or flavor variant
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- You would like to swap for a different product of equal or lesser value
To request an exchange, contact our support team within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a full refund will be offered instead.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.
If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account or card statement again
- Contact your credit card company — it may take a few business days to officially post
- Contact your bank as there is often processing time before a refund is posted
- If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at our contact page
- Satisfaction-based returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (if a physical return is required)
- Defective or wrong items: We cover all return shipping costs — a prepaid label will be provided
- Damaged in transit: No return required; we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund
