All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed via Shopify.

The carrier assigned to your order is determined at the time of fulfillment based on your location, order size, and chosen shipping method.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the shipping confirmation is sent
- You can track your order directly on the carrier's website using your tracking number
- If you created an account on hostsupplements.com, you can also view order status in your account dashboard
While we strive for on-time delivery, occasional delays can occur due to:
- High-volume shipping periods (holidays, promotional events)
- Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
- Carrier delays or service disruptions
- Customs clearance for international orders
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Host Supplements is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If you notice an error in your address before your order is shipped, contact us immediately and we will update it at no charge
- If your order has already shipped, we may be able to request an address correction with the carrier (fees may apply)
- Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will be reshipped at the customer's expense
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely the responsibility of the recipient.
- Host Supplements has no control over customs charges and cannot predict what they may be
- We are required by law to accurately declare the value of the contents on all international shipments
- Refusal to pay customs duties may result in the package being returned or destroyed by customs — in such cases, refunds will not be issued for shipping costs
- We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before ordering internationally
